- Calls within town/city, regional and Austrian zone (geographical numbers),
e.g. if you are in Vienna, all calls to Linz (area code 0 + town/city code)
- Calls to mobile telephones in Austria (except geographical numbers),
e.g. calls to A1 (0664), T-Mobile (0676), One (0699) and Telering (0650)
- International calls (except international services),
e.g. calls to the USA (international access code 00 + country code 1 + area code)
- Calls to private networks (except geographical numbers),
e.g. calls to numbers with area code 0519
- Calls to personal networks with numbers starting with 0720, 0730 and 074

- Calls to emergency numbers (112, 122, 128, 133, 141, 142, 144, 147)
- Calls to public numbers (zb 111, 118, 130, 140, 15*)
- Calls to personal networks with numbers starting with 0710
- Toll-free services, e.g. (zB 0800, 00800)
- Services with regulated upper-limits (zB 0810, 0820)
- Value added national services (0900, 0930)
- On-line numbers of TA (zB 07189) and other data services (zB 194xxx)
- Numbers that do not comply with NVO (zB 17xx, 120, 123)
- Number ranges 0229 and 06 (except geographical numbers and wireless services)
- Connections that use access codes of other providers
- Occasionally, other calls (e.g. service interruptions, system overloads)

.gif) In general: Calls that are not connected through the Platin Plus network will be billed through Telecom Austria (or other providers) at their respective rates. The base rate for your telephone connection will continue to be billed by Telecom Austria. (We recommend converting to Minimum rate.) Pre-dialling 1001 for each call will cancel the Pre-selection set-up for that call. It is still possible to use the services of other providers by using the Call-by-call function. |
