How to check if Platin Plus has been activated:

  • Dial (toll free) 06210000.
  • If your telephone has been successfully registered with MITACS service you will hear the following message: "You are using the network from MITACS Telekomservice GmbH, Vienna".
  • If your connection is still being provided by Telecom Austria, you will hear the message:"Sie befinden sich im modernsten Netz Österreichs - Telekom Austria".
